This Food Grade Circulation Pump is made of "food grade" materials, and is very safe and reliable. The pump has good heat dissipation, has a high temperature resistance and contains flame-retardant materials. The pump can draw in cold water and hot water. The service life is at least 15,000 hours. The maximum flow rate is 29.5 liters per minute. The pump has a delivery head of 4 meters.
The 230V Food Grade Circulation Pump with a plastic pump head is perfect for small (home) brewing installations. It is usually used to transfer hot and / or cold liquids between brew kettles. This pump is designed for home brewing rather than professional use or any other application. The pump is NOT self-priming and cannot run dry. The pump head must first be filled with liquid before the pump is started.
The four screws on the pumphead can be removed to allow you to rotate the pumphead and fit it into your piping system. Always switch off the power before performing any work on or near the pump.
