Fuel Pump for Johnson/Evinrude 90-250HP (V4 & V6, 90° Block) – Replaces 5007420 / 5007422 / 0438400
Replacement fuel pump without VRO (oil injection) for Johnson and Evinrude outboard engines with 90° V4 and V6 blocks. Suitable for 2-stroke engines from 90HP to 250HP, including Crossflow and Looper models.
Compatible replacement for the following OEM parts:- Johnson/Evinrude: 5007420, 5007422, 5004558, 0438400
- OMC part: 4-7359
- EMP part: 1399-07359
- Replacement pump without oil injection (VRO).
- Pre-mixing of fuel and oil required.
- Only suitable for engines with a 90° cylinder block.
- Fits V4 and V6 engines from 90HP to 250HP.
- Compatible with both Crossflow (domed pistons) and Looper engines (flat-top pistons).
- Engines with a 60° cylinder block (identifiable by louver vents on the engine cover).
- 3-cylinder engines.
Note: This pump is designed as a replacement for the original VRO pump but operates without oil injection. Always pre-mix fuel and 2-stroke oil correctly before use.
